Tracking a GLP-1 dose sounds trivial until you actually try to keep a record for six months. The dose changes on a schedule, the injection site rotates, and the side effects you want to correlate with a dose change happened three weeks earlier. A note in a phone app rarely survives that.
What a useful log actually needs
Date and dose in milligrams, not “the usual”. A titration step is a real event and it belongs on the timeline.
Injection site. Rotating between abdomen, thigh and upper arm is standard advice, and you cannot rotate reliably from memory.
Weight, taken the same way each week. Daily weight is noise; a weekly point at a fixed time is a signal.
Side effect notes with a severity you define once and reuse. Free text is unsearchable later.
The reconstitution problem
For anything supplied as a lyophilised powder the number you care about is not the vial size, it is units on the syringe. That is a function of vial contents, diluent volume and syringe type, and it is where most arithmetic mistakes happen. I keep the maths out of my head and use the Peptide Tracker & Calculator for it, because a mis-set volume is not a mistake you notice until afterwards.
Reading your own data
After three months a log is worth more than any single reading. Plot dose steps against weight and against your side effect notes and you can usually see whether a plateau followed a dose that was held, or a dose that was raised too fast.
